Nike's Air Max 95 'Neon' Colorway Expands to the Air Max 90 and Air Max Plus
Nike Sportswear is on a roll, as it recently revealed plans to apply the iconic Air Max 95's 'Neon' colorway to another classic model: the Air Max 90. But that's not all—the brand's Air Max Plus is also getting the same makeover, resulting in a familiar White/Pearl Gray/Black/Neon Yellow look. These new releases are part of a wider reissue of the Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble Neon, which is set to be released on March 5th.
The Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble Neon made its debut in April 2025, but it was released in very limited quantities. This upcoming rerelease is the most accessible way to get your hands on the Neon Air Max 95 OG yet. The Air Max Plus, designed by Sean McDowell in 1998 and notable for its Tuned Air cushioning, is sometimes called Air Max TN or Nike Tuned, especially in Australia, where the shoe has a dedicated following. While this model has seen similar Neon-styled colorways in the past, this is the most direct inspiration from the Air Max 95 that it has ever received.
Both the Air Max 90 and Air Max Plus are available now from Nike's e-commerce store and select retailers. The Air Max 90 can be purchased for $170, while the Air Max Plus is priced at $190. The style code for the Air Max Plus is IQ0288-100. These releases are a must-have for any sneakerhead, offering a fresh take on a beloved classic while paying homage to the iconic 'Neon' colorway.
